Will You Review My Books?

If you’ve been following my progress (or looked around this blog!) you’ll know I have self-published three popular history books.

3 covers

I sell a lot of print copies myself to tourists and locals, especially when I give talks. But I haven’t sold many ebooks or print books online. When people find my books, they use the reviews to guide their choice whether or not to buy – and there are very few reviews.

So my first request is to those who have already bought the books:
Will you please review the book on Amazon and anywhere else you can? Links below.

To those who haven’t bought my books:
I am giving away a free PDF copy of my books in exchange for reviews. Email me at amt(dot)tetelestai(at)gmail(dot)com with Review Copy in the subject line and say which book you want. Or ask in the comments below, but disguise your email address as I have done to prevent it being picked up by spammers. Links for reviews below.

It’s not a big task, the books are all about 10,000 words and have lovely illustrations. That’s compared to a novel with can be anything from 60,000 to over 100,000 words. And people do tell me they enjoyed them very much. I am encouraged when people who have bought and read one book come back for the others.

Links for reviews (or to buy of course!):

Broken Reed: The Lords of Gower and King John on Amazon UK, Amazon US and Goodreads
The Magna Carta Story on Amazon UK, Amazon US and Goodreads

Thank you in advance!
