It just occurred to me that if you’re a science fiction fan and come to my blog, you might think I haven’t written a scifi post for ages, which is not a good thing. The fact is that I’ve been writing a lot of scifi posts, but they’re dated a long time ago. Let me explain.
Back when I published Intruders, I wrote a series of posts introducing each of the Kestrel crew. A lot has happened since then. In particular there have been two more adventures, Alien Secrets and Crisis of Conscience. The characters have been through a lot and in the process of planning and writing those adventures I have discovered more and more about them. So I decided it was time to update those character studies.
There are two ways to do this: write new posts or update the original ones. I chose to update the old ones, but this means they are buried amongst the old posts. So in the interest of keeping current, here is a roundup of the updated Kestrel crew posts so far:
